- Our team responds within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry with a personal quote – including availability, room options and specific pricing.
- Standard hours are Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00. For events starting before 08:00 or running past 18:00, a 30% surcharge applies – if both apply, it is 60%. On weekends it is 50%. No events on public holidays.
- Absolutely! We offer personal viewing appointments. Fill in the inquiry form – our team will coordinate a suitable time and show you all relevant rooms.
- Yes. We support professional livestreaming via Zoom, Microsoft Teams and custom platforms. On request we also offer on-site videography, interview setups and social content.
- Yes. In-house catering from €8/person/day (snacks) to €15/person/day (alcohol included). We also arrange curated partner caterers for all occasions – from organic street food to gala dinners.
- The building has an underground car park via Bestinparking. weXelerate is 150 m from the 1st district and has excellent public transport connections.
- Yes. We love dogs. Well-behaved four-legged guests are welcome in the hub, no heads-up needed. Just keep them on a lead in the common areas.
- Yes. weXelerate has a partnership with SO/ Vienna Hotel, which offers special rates for guests and booking groups. Details available on request.
