For Delegations
Trade missions, ministry visits, corporate study trips: instead of five appointments across the city, see it in one stop. 9,000 m² where corporates, startups, investors and universities work together – with a guided Hub tour and a programme built around your delegation’s focus.
One stop instead of five appointments
A delegation day that shows how Austrian innovation is organised – and who your visitors should keep talking to.
The whole picture, one address
Corporates, startups, investors and universities in the same building. Your delegation sees how the Austrian ecosystem is wired without spending the day in transit.
A programme for your focus
Name the sector your delegation cares about and we invite founders and experts from that field, who prepare presentations for your group – mobility, energy, fintech, AI, manufacturing.
A gateway to DACH & CEE
For international visitors exploring the market: Vienna as an entry point into DACH and Central & Eastern Europe, and the people who can help a company land here.
Two ways to visit
Both formats are chargeable and booked through our visits team.
Hub Tour
A guided walk through the building, an introduction to how the ecosystem works, and time for your group’s questions.
Tailored Hub Tour
Built around a field you name – startups, manufacturing, insurtech or another focus. We invite founders and experts from that field, who prepare presentations for your group. The programme is put together for your specific needs.
Tell us your group size, your dates and your focus, and we’ll come back with a programme and a quote.
Bring your delegation to the hub
Send us the group size, your preferred dates and the sector you want to focus on – we’ll put together a programme and get back to you with a quote. Planning something bigger than a tour, like a matchmaking session or a market-entry programme? We can build that too.
