Fix Desk
Your personal 160x80cm desk with ergonomic office chair, privacy screen, dimmable LED lamp, secure locker, and high-speed WiFi (100Mbit symmetrical). A permanent workspace inside a 9,000 m² innovation ecosystem.
Included: personal dedicated desk space, full SO/ SPA membership, access to SO/ Fitness de Luxe, 20% off all meeting room bookings, monthly invitations to in-house events, the hub community, shared kitchen and phone booths.
Flex Desk
Flexible seating in shared areas, based on 20 hours of use per week. Suited to people who split time between locations or prefer variety in their work environment.
Included: flexible desk space, full SO/ SPA membership, access to SO/ Fitness de Luxe, 20% off all meeting room bookings, monthly invitations to in-house events, the hub community, shared kitchen and phone booths.
Full Access to SO/ SPA
Membership includes complete access to a 750 m² wellness centre on the fifth floor, designed by Jean Nouvel.
SO/ Fitness de Luxe. A gym with dedicated cardio zones and strength training equipment, with views of St. Stephen's Cathedral.
Wellness areas. Sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation lounges with artistic ceiling murals.
Spa treatments. Curated facial and body treatments using products from Saint Charles Apothecary, bookable additionally. Signature treatments include the Holistic Luxe Body Treatment and Magnesium Relax Retreat.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday 12:30 to 21:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00 to 21:00.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes this different from a regular co-working membership? Members receive professional workspace at weXelerate plus complete SO/ SPA access in the same building.
Can I use the spa during work hours? Yes. The SO/ SPA operates Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 21:00 and weekends from 10:00 to 21:00. Many members take midday breaks to work out or relax between meetings.
Are spa treatments included? The membership includes full access to the fitness centre, sauna, whirlpool and relaxation areas. Treatments like massages and facials are bookable at additional cost.
What's the difference between Fix Desk and Flex Desk? Fix Desk provides a personal, 24/7 dedicated workspace with a locker. Flex Desk offers flexible seating in shared areas, based on 20 hours of use per week. Both include complete SO/ SPA access.
Is there parking? Yes, an in-house parking garage is available, not included in rent. Permanent spots can be arranged on request.
Can I book meeting rooms? Yes, all Co-Work & Recharge members receive 20% off all meeting room and event space bookings.
