- Wi-Fi and cleaning 100 Mbit symmetrical, unlimited, throughout the building. Professional cleaning of the floor is included – you never organise it.
- Kitchen, meeting rooms & boothsInside Space 21 The co-working space has its own kitchen, two meeting rooms, several smaller meeting corners and the phone booths – all of it inside Space 21, none of it shared with the rest of the building. No booking fee: use whatever is free. The meeting rooms come with a Fix Desk or Cowork & Recharge; on a Flex Desk you have the kitchen, the booths and the meeting corners.
- 1,500 m² of community areas The Plaza, the Coffee Bridge on the first floor and the third-floor Winter Garden are open to everyone in the Hub. So is the table tennis, and the showers on the second floor.
- The event calendar 100+ events a year happen in this building – pitch nights, demo days, breakfasts, [VIBE CODE WEDNESDAY]. Most of them are free and you are already inside.
- Hub management & 24/7 accessFix Desk An on-site Hub Manager and a technical manager. Badge access at any hour, security and reception during office hours.

A desk here is worth
more than a desk.
Space 21 is co-working only – the people at the next table are other members. The corporates, startups, investors and universities have their own offices on the other floors, and you meet them in the Plaza, on the Coffee Bridge and at the 100+ events a year. These are the companies currently in the Hub.

Before you ask.
The six things people want to know before they book a viewing.
- A Flex Desk is any free desk in Space 21, priced on about 20 hours of use a week. A Fix Desk is a specific desk that is yours – 160 × 80 cm, with a chair, a privacy screen, a daylight lamp, a lockable locker and 24/7 access. It is what most members take, usually two to four desks at a time for a team. Cowork & Recharge is a Fix Desk with a full SO/ Vienna SPA membership on the same contract. The kitchen, the phone booths and the events come with all three; the meeting rooms and the −20% on room bookings come with Fix Desk and Cowork & Recharge.
- Yes. SO/ SPA is open Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 21:00 and at weekends from 10:00 to 21:00, and it is in the same building – a lift ride from your desk. A midday workout between two meetings is the point of the thing.
- No. The membership covers the fitness studio, the sauna, the whirlpool and the relaxation lounges, with unlimited access. Massages, facials and other treatments are booked at the spa and charged separately.
- Desks and Cowork & Recharge both run on 3, 6 or 12-month terms. The longer the term, the better the rate – Cowork & Recharge is €550 a month net on twelve months and €599 on six; three months is quoted on request. No agency fee, and all prices are net of VAT.
- Yes. On a Fix Desk or Cowork & Recharge you pay 20% less than the public rate on every meeting room and event space in the building; on a Flex Desk you book at the public rate. There are four bookable rooms, from the 100 m² Breakout Lab to the 370 m² Twenty Eight – see them all →
- We are two minutes on foot from Schwedenplatz (U1/U4), which is the station to aim for. There is a public garage under the building run by BEST IN PARKING, usable by the hour without a contract; long-term parking passes can be booked through weXelerate upon request. EV charging is on site. The building is barrier-free and dog-friendly.
