The furniture in our lobby and the first-floor community areas is by ACTIU – a manufacturer based in Alicante that builds for high-traffic offices, corporate HQs and airports, and produces it sustainably down to the last screw. Their material work is sustainable, innovative and holds up to a building that never stops moving.
Our partner Design Circle helped in designing this timeless space for Austria’s innovation hub.
If you rent an office at weXelerate and need it furnished, you don’t have to run a procurement project – our Hub tenant Design Circle has multiple partners like ACTIU, for furniture, lights and more, and is just an elevator ride away. They can help you from ideation to visualisation, to setting up the decoration.

Before you sign.
Five questions teams ask before they take an office.
- Terms are agreed per office rather than from a fixed rate card – they depend on the size of the space and on whether we change the layout for you before you move in. Tell us your team size and planned start date, and our Hub Manager comes back with a proposal within 24 hours. There is no agency fee.
- The rent covers the running building: an on-site Hub Manager and a technical manager for maintenance and repairs, 24/7 badge access, security and reception during office hours, the phone booths, the community areas (the Plaza, the Coffee Bridge and the Winter Garden), showers and changing rooms, and table tennis. Cleaning of your own office, internet and furniture are agreed on your contract. Event spaces are booked separately, with 20% off for tenants.
- Private offices at weXelerate range from about 100 to 380 m², for teams of two to forty people. What is free right now is listed above – currently Space 25 with 284 m² and around 32 workstations. When your team grows, you can add space within the building.
- Yes. If you need the space laid out differently, we rebuild it with you before you move in. You can take the office furnished or bring your own furniture. For a complete fit-out, Design Circle – a tenant in the Hub – plans and supplies furniture, lighting and decoration, with partners such as ACTIU. More on furnishing →
- Management, security and access are already running, so a furnished office is ready to use once the contract is signed. If we change the layout for you first, we agree the move-in date together before you sign. The quickest first step is a viewing – on site or by video call. Book a viewing →
