With a background in digital and analytics strategy\, Ranja previously served as Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. She is also an advocate for diversity in tech\, having served on McKinsey’s Next Generation Advisory Board. Ranja holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics and Data Science and brings deep expertise in technology-driven transformation. \n  \nJoji Hattori \nJoji Hattori leads a multifaceted life as the Artistic Director of the Wiener Opernsommer\, a celebrated musician\, and an entrepreneur. As a conductor and violinist\, Joji has performed worldwide\, including at the Vienna State Opera\, and has served as Principal Guest Conductor for multiple prestigious orchestras. Beyond music\, he is the owner of SHIKI Japanese Fine Dining and the SHIKI Japanese Culinary Academy\, both located in Vienna.
