The Plaza and hallway areas can be rented individually as expo zones with flexible layouts or together for large-scale events. We’ve already hosted numerous immersive experiences and EXPOs, transforming the entire hub to accommodate 700+ guests.

When booking an event space at weXelerate, you can add professional livestreaming to reach both on-site and remote audiences in real time and high quality. Our team handles the full technical setup – from camera and audio to streaming via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or a custom platform. On request, we can also record your event and provide a high-quality video for future use.

From Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you book the “late rental” option you can also schedule your event after 6:00 PM. We are closed on public holidays. We can open the house for you on weekends with a 100% surcharge.

Each of our event spaces is equipped with either a projector or a monitor, perfect for presentations and similar activities. The standard setup for each room is described in detail below each specific space. If your event has special requirements, we are happy to discuss them and try to accommodate your needs. This may result additional costs (e.g., staff deployment, extra cleaning efforts, furniture rental etc.). Please send your requirements to events@wexelerate.com
