Can I use the spa during work hours?
Absolutely. The SO/ SPA is open Monday–Friday from 12:30–21:00 and weekends from 10:00–21:00. Many members take midday breaks to work out or relax between meetings.
Are spa treatments included in the membership?
The membership includes full access to the fitness center, sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation areas. Spa treatments (like massages and facials) are available for booking at an additional cost.
What’s the difference between Fix Desk and Flex Desk?
Fix Desk gives you a personal, 24/7 dedicated workspace (160x80cm desk with locker) that’s yours permanently. Flex Desk provides flexible seating in shared areas, based on 20 hours of use per week. Both include full SO/ SPA access.
Is there parking available?
Yes, an in-house parking garage is available (not included in rent). Permanent parking spots can be arranged upon request.
