Late Rental

Many know that networking can be of great importance, and it’s beneficial if the event or networking lasts longer. With our Late Rental Option, this is easily possible even beyond 6:00 PM.

We are happy to offer you a beverage package; however, if catering is desired, it has to be organized by you. You find our top-notch catering partners by contacting us.

Individual Setup

We are pleased to discuss any specific requirements you may have that go beyond the standard setup. If you need facilitation toolcase, extra flip charts, or other similar items, we can provide those as well.

How many event spaces do you have at weXelerate?

weXelerate has 5 different event venues that can be rented:

 

o Auditorium : Event Space with Stage for ~80 PAX, 110m2

o Think Tank : Workshop Space for ~15 PAX, 65m2

o Board Room: Conference Room for ~25 PAX, 100m2

o Lounge: Workshop Room for ~25 PAX, 100m2

o Creative Lab: 330 m2 Creative Space for Large Workshops or Company Events (2 rooms)

 

The Plaza and hallway areas can also be rented individually for large events.

We already hosted many events, where the whole hub was turned into an immersive experience or EXPO Area for up to 700 guest. Get in touch with us for an individual offer.

Due to the number of requests we receive, the dates are blocked only once the quote is signed. We are happy to reserve for one week to give you enough time to make your decision. However, longer-term reservations are not possible.

From Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Events with the “late rental” option can also be scheduled after 6:00 PM. We are closed on public holidays.
Each of our event spaces is equipped with either a projector or a monitor, perfect for presentations and similar activities. The standard setup for each room is described in detail above for each specific space. If your event has special requirements, we are happy to discuss them and try to accommodate your needs. This may result in additional costs (e.g., staff deployment, extra cleaning efforts, etc.). All details can be discussed in a personal meeting.

By Public Transport: Subway (U-Bahn): U1 or U4 to Schwedenplatz / Tram: Lines 1 or 2 to Schwedenplatz / Bus: Line 2A to Schwedenplatz. For schedules, visit Wiener Linien.

By Car: From the South (A2): Take A2 towards Vienna, merge onto A23, exit at Handelskai, follow signs to Praterstraße. From the West (A1): Take A1 towards Vienna, continue onto B1, follow signs to Zentrum/Praterstraße. Parking Garages nearby: Garage Praterstrasse; Garage Lilienbrunngasse; Garage Prater / Ausstellungsstraße; BOE Garage Praterstern.

Around weXelerate, you have plenty of fantastic options. Located in the heart of Vienna, within the hub, you’ll find El Gaucho on the ground floor and the renowned rooftop bar, Das Loft, on the 18th floor of the SO/ Hotel. Just outside, the Danube Canal is lined with numerous restaurants. The first district is just a minute’s walk away, and charming areas like Nestroyplatz and Taborstraße in the second district are close by. There’s so much to explore, with countless cultural and entertainment options perfect for after-work relaxation.
