The Plaza and hallway areas can be rented individually as expo zones with flexible layouts or together for large-scale events. We’ve already hosted numerous immersive experiences and EXPOs, transforming the entire hub to accommodate up to 800 guests.

What is included in the room booking?
Each of our event spaces is equipped with either a projector or a monitor, perfect for presentations and similar activities. The standard setup for each room is described in detail below each specific space. If your event has special requirements, we are happy to discuss them and try to accommodate your needs. This may result additional costs (e.g., staff deployment, extra cleaning efforts, furniture rental etc.). Please send your requirements to events@wexelerate.com
